These terms govern use of applications and websites provided by Guerrero Lab, unless a specific product states different terms.

1. Use of applications

Use Guerrero Lab software lawfully, in accordance with applicable platform terms, and without interfering with the software or services used by others.

2. Availability and updates

Applications and features may be updated, modified or discontinued. Internet access and external services may be required for certain features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Your content

Where an app enables you to create notes or other content, you retain your rights in that content. You are responsible for maintaining backups when appropriate.

4. Third-party content

Some applications, such as GX Bible, display information provided by third parties. Third-party content, copyrights, license terms and service conditions may apply. Guerrero Lab does not claim ownership of third-party Bible translations.

5. Intellectual property

Guerrero Lab names, original software, branding and other original materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights, except where expressly licensed otherwise.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability is limited only to the extent applicable law permits.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains relevant data practices and deletion requests.

8. Changes and contact
