Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Guerrero Lab processes information in its websites, applications, and services, including the GX Series of apps for Meta Quest.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Guerrero Lab applications and websites unless a specific product provides an additional privacy notice. Different apps may use different features and third-party services; we do not assume they all process the same information.

2. Data we process and why

Depending on the app, information may include preferences, settings, user-created content, reading history, device or technical information required to operate the app, and information voluntarily submitted in support requests. Data are used to provide requested features, retain settings, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support inquiries. We do not claim that all applications collect each category.

3. GX Bible — application-specific details

GX Bible saves reading-related settings and content locally on your device, including the selected translation, book/chapter position, font and layout settings, notes, highlights, bookmarks, reading history, and reading-plan progress. The reviewed application code uses browser local storage for these preferences and records.

GX Bible requests Bible translation catalogs and reading data from the external provider bible.helloao.org. These requests can disclose network data such as your IP address and technical request information to that provider, subject to its own practices. Guerrero Lab does not control the provider's logging or retention. The reviewed code does not implement a Guerrero Lab login.

4. Other GX Series applications

Before each additional app is published, this policy will be updated to describe its specific storage, permissions, external services, and data processing. The GX Bible section must not be assumed to describe other applications.

5. Sharing and third parties

App features may contact external content or service providers where required. Information involved in those requests may be processed under the provider's policies. We do not state that no third parties receive information. We do not sell personal data collected directly through the reviewed GX Bible code.

6. Storage and retention

Locally saved app information generally remains on the device until it is cleared, the app's storage is erased, or the app is uninstalled (depending on operating-system behavior). Information submitted through support channels remains subject to the retention practices of the channel used and applicable obligations.

7. Your choices and deletion requests

You can clear GX Bible's locally stored data using the device's application-storage controls, which removes local notes, highlights, bookmarks and progress. Back up anything important first: clearing storage is typically irreversible. To request deletion of personal data that Guerrero Lab may hold from a support interaction, contact SUPPORT_EMAIL_HERE with the app name and a description of your request. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law. We cannot directly erase data independently retained by third-party providers; contact those providers as appropriate.

8. Children

Guerrero Lab applications are subject to applicable platform age restrictions. Do not submit children's personal information through support channels unnecessarily.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved; no technology or internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes and contact
